MICHELIN MEAL ON THE LAKE
If you’re in the market for luxury meals and one-of-a-kind experiences, the new gourmand culinary experience will be right up your alley.
Eat a gourmand meal on the lake – prepared in an open kitchen in front of your eyes by one of Geneva’s Michelin-starred chefs. It doesn’t come cheap, but we’re talking real class and quality.
This ‘ultimate’ dining experience is brought to you by one of Geneva’s best restaurants – Fiskebar at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, which was awarded a Michelin star earlier this year,
Although the restaurant has yet to reopen after lockdown – this social distancing-friendly private dining concept was launched as an alternative in the interim.
On board Chef Lénaïc Jourdren and his team will showcase the signature dishes of the Fiskebar with dishes dedicated to local flavours. The menu changes daily based on fresh and seasonal products.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU
An example menu could include:
Champagne and a Lobster roll
Pike-stuffed zucchini flowers, fresh almonds, crawfish juice
Arctic char with bear’s garlic, St George’s mushrooms, sorrel, fir bud butter.
Strawberries with lemon, mouselline cream, hibiscus-infused rhubarb, basil, Arlette.
Expect to pay around CHF520 for a 3-course meal with wine pairing for two people.
Maximum capacity on the floating terrace: 7
NOTE: We haven’t tested this experience, but we’ve only heard great things about Fiskebar and can’t wait for the restaurant to re-open so we can finally try it.
