HALLOWEEN FUN DAY – SIGNAL DE BOUGY

This cool park about 30 minutes by car from Geneva is one of our family’s favourites and they offer great children’s activities. For Halloween they’ve got a full day crammed with fun activities in store, including a Halloween make-up zone in the restaurant from 9.30 and different themed workshops and a creative obstacle course. At 13h30 everyone is invited to take part in the parade, and afterward, it’s disco time till 17h.
Some activities must be booked beforehand (simply send an email or call).
But don’t worry if you forget or decide to go at the last minute. Signal de Bougy is always a good call with the petting zoo, playgrounds, accrobranche, lots of space to run around and have a picnic with a spectacular view of the lake and the mountains.

HALLOWEEN VILLAGE, PARADE AND BALL – GLAND

On October 31st, Gland will be tranformed into the Halloween capital of the region with loads of activties planned by the Association Halloween la Cote. They are working behind the scenes to ensure everyone takes part and that there will be candy waiting for the kids behind every door in the neighbourhood.
From 18h30 till 19h30 everyone is invited to share a warming pumpkin soup at the Gare de Gland and from19h30 to follow the costume parade through town leading to the Halloween Ball. There will be prizes for the best costumes.
At the haunted village, you will be tempted by delicacies such as bat steaks and chimpanzee livers, unicorn tears…
A great Halloween experience for kids of all ages!

FRIGHTFULLY YUMMY PASTRY WORKSHOP – MANOR GENEVA

The play centre in Vitam (France) has many different activities planned throughout the Halloween week. The events kick off on Wednesday, the 24th of October, at 14h, with Halloween-themed creative workshops such as Halloween cupcake decoration and more. The event includes entry to the playing maze and a diabolic drink. The same event is planned for October the 31st.
On Friday,the 26th, there will be a Halloween evening event (from 19h till 21h30) for kids aged 6+, with scary decorations, phosphorescent makeup, games and a dress-up contest. Afterwards children can enjoy a buffet of snacks and drinks. An excellent opportunity for a meet-up with friends! Just please remember to book your place in advance!

NIGHT CLIMBING AT PARC AVENTURE – OUR FAVOURITE!

Every year around Halloween the Treetop Adventure Park turns into a frightening, haunted space decorated with spider webs, vampires, pumpkins, and ghosts. Kids as young as 3 can come and enjoy trails prepared just for them and enjoy the scary decor. Children aged 7+, accompanied by an adult, can experience nighttime climbing (19h-23h), which is an utterly different experience from climbing during the day. All participants will receive headlamps, and climb the treetops in the dark!
Two dates are available, but you should book in advance, as the number of places is limited and there is always a big demand.

SPORTY FUN AND CANDY HUNT – BUBBLES

The Kingdom of two sisters: Melanie and Soizic, commonly known as Royaume Melazic is the place to go when it comes to everything related to baking and pastry. SPOOKY MINI TRAIN –PULLY

Located at the Port of Pully (close to Lausanne), the MiNi-Train is a 1/8th scale railroad club run by volunteers, where children and adults can take a seat in wagons for a journey of about 5 minutes each. The 420-meter circuit includes a tunnel, five level crossings, and a train station. An engine shed, accessible by a swing bridge, houses the locomotives as well as the maintenance workshop. “Thomas the tank engine” fans will be thrilled to visit this place!
For the Halloween weekend, the whole place will be decorated, filled with spooky elements, and unique animations and activities. Kids wearing costumes will ride for free!
