Marie Nemond, Group Chief Data Officer at Pictet
Marie Nemond manages the Data Lab at Pictet. She is leading the implementation of Pictet’s data and analytics strategy while deploying the data governance framework worldwide and fostering data science innovations. Prior to assuming her current role, Marie was in charge of the Business insights and analytics department within Pictet Asset management, deploying self-service BI, automated processes and predictive analytics models for investment and sales teams. Beyond the financial industry, Marie is familiar with data and digital transformation challenges more broadly as she was an Associate partner at Oliver Wyman for 7 years and managed various projects in this area. Marie hold a double masters from French business schools ESSEC and Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor of Laws, and currently lives in Geneva, Switzerland.
Caroline Widmer, Economic Development Officer at State of Geneva
Involved for ten years in the public administration, Caroline Widmer has contributed to the construction of the digital policy of the State of Geneva and lead major digital transitions at the level of the city and the state. As an economic development officer, she closely follows the technological evolutions and innovations that are transforming our economic environment and our society more broadly. Caroline graduated from McGill University in Canada, mother of two children she is passionate about sports and photography.
Francisca Zanoguera, Sr Director of Analytics at Expedia Partner Solutions
Francisca Zanoguera has global responsibility for the Analytics, Data Science and Revenue Optimization functions. Francisca runs an international team dedicated to driving growth for the business through insights and intelligent algorithms. With a background in data science spanning 20 years and several industries, she has a deep understanding of how data and technology can be leveraged to drive business value, as well as extensive experience building and developing high-performing teams. Prior to Expedia, Francisca held a number of data-related positions in the biotech industry. Francisca holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from BarcelonaTech, a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Mines ParisTech and an MBA from IE Business School. She has two daughters and is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.⠀

Amin has served as a business executive, business consultant, and executive coach for organizations ranging from fortune 500 corporations to entrepreneurial firms and industries as diverse as Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Education, Public sector, and Food and Beverage. He holds Ph.D. in Manufacturing Systems & Robotics from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology at Lausanne (EPFL) where he authored/co-authored 20+ book chapters, reports, and articles. He teaches Production Management (ME-419), Continuous Improvement (ME-498), Digital Supply Chain, and Leading Digital Transformation to the graduate students and business executives.
