THE GOURMET PICNIC
Our children were super excited and amazed when we opened our lovely picnic basket: so many lovely things to choose from!
So what was in our basket?
Three different cold fruit and vegetable soups: a delicious tomato gazpacho, a watermelon and mint soup which was really delicious, and a peach and lemon soup. We had a club sandwich, and wraps, salty cakes, and healthy and colourful salads. We especially liked the tomato and Buffala mozzarella salad with delicious olive oil. The kids of course also loved the Sicilian style penne pasta salad.
The desserts were a real treat! We had fresh fruit and got to taste a dessert glass of 3 types of chocolate with crunchy chocolate pearls on top. The well-presented strawberry dessert came with a fresh lemon mousse, perfect for a sunny day!
The picnic came with a fluffy picnic blanket which was very comfy. The children just wanted to sleep on it after the lunch!
OTHER ACTIVITIES
While at Jiva Hill Resort, we had some fun testing our skills at golf as a family. Lots of fun, but whether or not we were very good at it? We will keep that to ourselves… You could also combine your picnic with a hike in the area.

You should order your picnic, and a spa treatment if you would like to access the spa and pool area in advance. The picnic will be possible for as long as the weather allows it.
