WHAT DOES THE ONE-DAY SKI FIT EXPERIENCE ENTAIL?
Spend the morning from 9-12 am Ski touring – walking at a pace uphill.
It’s a serious workout and you will gain technique and see epic scenery.
Led by experienced and qualified trainers, focus will be on adapting to the equipment, learning efficient technique and then mixing in fitness training to push you to the next level.
Cardio interval training like you’ve never known it before!
HIIT cardio and strengthening circuits at 2200m. Think army-style boot camp in the most insane outdoor gym, on top of a mountain.
Sprints, bodyweight training and more as you look over the glaciers and mountain top peaks.
Finishing with a relaxing aerial yoga (anti-gravity suspension) session.
A great way to decompress the spine after a day on the mountain. Feel the benefits of this suspended practice, allowing for a deep stretch and weightless feeling, helping you recover optimally.
