Why not visit the beautiful lakeside town of Nyon over the Easter holidays?
Every year a competition is run to decorate the town’s fountains and you can see them until Sunday 8th April 2018 adorned with flowers, twigs, ribbons, traditional coloured eggs or other decorative items.
Other places of interest in Nyon is the impressive Chateau and its museum, the Roman Museum or Musée du Leman, which are all open over the Easter weekend (see opening hours below).
Whilst you are in Nyon, you should definitely try out one of their many lovely restaurants, cafes, tearooms and chocolatiers – just remember to check opening times on Easter Sunday and Monday.
MUSEUM OPENING TIMES (EASTER 2018):
Friday 30th and Saturday 31st March 2018 – from 2pm-5pm.
Easter Sunday (1st April) and Easter Monday (2nd April) – open from 10am-5pm. Entry on the first Sunday of the month is free (in this case Easter Sunday).
