THURSDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER – Soup season is fast approaching – and so is mushroom foraging season!
Join ‘At my Table’ for a cookery workshop and lunch on Thursday, 30 September, to celebrate the start of autumn.
The menu will include: a Mushroom Soup, a Mushroom Crostini and a raw Asian-inspired Marinated Mushroom dish…
…and that’s just for starters! There are two more courses still to come.
Workshops are run in collaboration with two professional female chefs (one who has worked with the celebrity chef Raymond Blanc). Four hours of cooking and demonstrations, chef tips, tasting and lots of fun, as well of course the three-course lunch, which you will help prepare and then sit down and enjoy eating in their beautiful atelier situated in the pretty village of Loëx, just a 20 to 30-minute drive from central Geneva.
A mid-morning snack and drink, the cookery workshop, recipes to recreate the dishes at home, followed by a three-course lunch and a glass of prosecco and tea/coffee.
