More than 700 inventors from over 40 countries will present their inventions at this annual event organised under the auspices of the Swiss Federal Government, the City of Geneva and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
The biggest event of its kind in the world, the exhibition is increasingly seen as a top-level technological showcase, while also catering to the general public with its array of popular and eye-catching inventions.
Among them will be a giant boat to clean up the oceans – invented by Yvan Bourgnon, world-famous for his solo circumnavigation of the globe and for crossing the North West passage on board a small catamaran with no accommodation.

WHEN: Wednesday 11th-Sunday 15th April 2018. Opening hours: Wednesday to Saturday: 10am-7pm. Sunday 10am-5pm.
