ON FRIDAY 24th OF AUGUST take part in one of the most important environmental events of the year – NIGHT OF THE BATS at the National History Museum in Geneva.
This event is created by the museum in collaboration with the centre for the protection of bats in Switzerland.
The goal of the evening is to learn more about these amazing creatures and particularly how light pollution and artificial lighting is threatening the existence of these nocturnal creatures as it becomes more and more difficult from them to evade predators.
The night of the bats is an excellent opportunity to find out more through several activities during the course of the evening.
NOTE: Children older than 6 years are welcome provided they are accompanied by adults.
