Mes Pulls Font la Manche second-hand clothes sale is back! This time, they will be at La Plage Café in Carouge for the weekend of the 30th and 31st of March.
Promote slow fashion and discover lots of different second-hand clothes (many different sizes and styles). On Sunday, there will be yummy brunch dishes on sale generously prepared by different shop holders of Carouge and a kid’s corner from 11h30 to 14h30 so that your little ones can play while you shop. ON THE 11th OF MAY, a group of international dancers from Dublin will perform THE WATCHMAKERS – a fusion of ballet and street dance in one fairytale show. The show unites professional dancers of various styles (classical ballet, modern dance, hip hop, popping, break dance, contemporary and Krump), and nationalities (Irish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, Brazilian, Argentinian, French, Australian, Japanese, Philippine, Indonesian, Moroccan, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, and South African).
Blending classical ballet and street dance in a modern metropolis, this story presents and existential struggle with the illusion of time. ‘The Watchmaker’ presents the reality of people living in a busy modern city.
The show is recommended for kids, as well as for adults. For families, dance or theatre lovers. T

A weekend of information and fun for young and future families. Information stands, activities for adults and children, workshops, stories… All with the cross-cutting themes of community, diversity and environmental responsibility.
There will be food stands, but picnics are welcome. A “garderie” (payment by donation) will allow parents to visit the stands and attend presentations while their children play.
The entire event will be no-smoking so that you and your children can breathe easy!
