Join Cuisine Lab for their next brunch to celebrate Earth Day – celebrating the Earth’s harvest.
On the menu you’ll find delicious Tamil, Syrian, Eritrean and Persian delicacies as well as the Sri Lankan speciality Pongal – a sweet milky rice, made with cardamom, lentils, raisins, coconut, and turmeric.
The charity Cuisine Lab organise regular brunches which are a great inter-cultural exchange and wonderful way to make new friends, whilst enjoying some amazing food cooked by their talented chefs (all of whom are asylum seekers).
Tickets can be bought online in advance (see below). By purchasing a ticket you support Cuisine Lab asylum seeker and refugee chefs in Geneva. Please also consider sponsoring tickets for asylum seekers, refugees, and less fortunate members of our community to join us. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door.
