The entire event will be no-smoking so that you and your children can breathe easy!

Every second person in Switzerland will suffer from a mental illness at some point in their life.
The “ensa” Mental Health First Aid program is internationally recognized. Participants acquire basic First Aid knowledge so as to support relatives, friends or work colleagues in the event of psychological problems. Instead of waiting for someone else to deal with the issue – often much too late – course participants learn to recognize problems in time, approach people and offer help. In this scientifically based course participants acquire knowledge and learn to detect signs of mental health distress in 7, 2-hour online modules (14 hours).
